Sponsorship Opportunities

As the PTO we work hard to purchase supplies, equipment, and technology to enhance the education, health and wellness of our students and school community. We have many sponsorship opportunities throughout the year, including fundraising events and in-kind donations for staff appreciation. Please consider being one of our sponsors or making a donation. Current sponsorship opportunities are listed below:

 

Our Annual Halloween Bingo fundraiser is scheduled for Friday, October 26, 2018 and we are asking for the support of restaurants, stores, entertainment venues, service providers and various vendors of the community to help make this event a success by donating goods, services or gift cards that we can use as raffle prizes. As a thank you for your donation, the PTO will send a letter of gratitude to each business that donates to the event. Your company will also be showcased in all of our event advertising and program going out to over 600 students in our school community and 500+ expected patrons at our fundraising event. 

 

 

Gold Sponsor = $250

  • Company logo included on PTO website page for the school year (vendor to supply company logo)
  • Company logo included on all print material for the event and on display at the event
  • Handouts included in bingo family packs (vendor to provide materials)
  • Gold sponsorship includes sponsorship of one round of bingo (7 rounds). Sponsor names and blurb will be announced prior to the start of the sponsored bingo round

 

Leopard Sponsor = $125

  • Company logo included on PTO website page for the school year
  • Company logo included on all print material for the event and on display at the event
  • Handouts included in bingo family packs (vendor to provide materials)

 

Thank you for your consideration. Checks can be made payable to Lowes Island Elementary School PTO. Additionally, we are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and donations are tax deductible. Donations can be mailed directly to the school to the attention of Jamie Egbert, Fundraising Chair, or we can coordinate for a local pick up from your business.
